How do you leave you... r riders standing in the cold for hours without giving an explanation as to why not 1 but 3 express buses never left the lot🤔 We pay $210 for a monthly pass and the bus is always late!!! OCTA sucks!! I will be on twitter as well..You have a lot of people upset standing in the cold!
